Mission: Through a supportive, structured, and nurturing family living atmosphere, Little Sand Group Homes is committed to providing adolescent females with the opportunity to develop the emotional, social, spiritual and physical skills necessary to meet the increasing challenges of society today.

Purpose: Founded in 1976, Little Sand Group Homes (LSGH) is a private, non profit, Department of Human Service Licensed Residential Facility. Little Sand Group Homes consists of three family-style homes with a capacity of no more than 10 girls in a home at a time. We serve adolescent females, ages 11-17, who for a variety of reasons need to be placed in out-of-home care. Residents of LSGH are typically court ordered and are in need of individualized treatment.
